Before Deleting a Patient

Whilst a patient may withdraw their consent for their data to be stored and collected on the ACU-Track Registry, as a healthcare practitioner, you may be obligated by law in your country and/or state to retain health/medical records for set period of time. In such cases, before you delete a patient from the system, you should extract a copy of their data first using the ‘Raw Data Extract Report’. The guide above shows you how to isolate and store and individual patient record.
