Please Note: this feature allows you to link important patient documents to a patient’s clinical record for easy reference. However, we recommend you keep an additional copy of all your important documents as a back-up. There is also a limited document upload capacity per user. We will notify you in the event you exceed the document upload limit, in which case there will be a small additional charge for extra document upload volume.
